If I enter my email, it brings me to a registration page. I'm in a bit of a pickle with the account cutover. That Mickey preorder coming so early gave me false hope/expectation that maybe they send out to their customers early like Scream Factory Definitely sent the shipping confirmation email when the label was printed but it wasn't sent out till today. Of course after I read your response, I checked again and tracking has appeared. My preorders routinely deliver M/T/W of release week though my Mickey Shorts did come the Friday before - that's very early for me and there very definitely is some regional disparity in delivery times and not always closer is quicker. My USPS Informed Delivery often shows incoming packages that show up late in the Disney systme (both DMC and DMI) or sometimes the tracking never shows up online. Sometimes you can chat or call to get the tracking number, but occasionally it's not in their internal system or at least not the part the CSR can access. Sometimes it will eventually show up - often with preorders they print the label and probably attach it to a package, but schedule a PO pickup several days later.
Not unusual at all ESPECIALLY with split orders for the 2nd tracking number not to show up. The Mickey 10 shorts shipped and arrived early
I know it's like a week before the release date. Is it normal for an order to ship but no tracking appear? Wakanda Forever shipped on 1/25 but still no tracking number at all.
